“I had a responsibility, we had a responsibility,” the 25-year-old TikTok star explained. “We had our dog and obviously, I never, ever thought this event would occur.”

Expressing deep regret over her decision to leave, Kate admitted that if she had any way of knowing what was about to happen, she would have never left Argentina.

“Obviously, if I knew, if I could see into the future, I would never have left Argentina.”

Since Liam’s passing, Kate has been struggling to cope with the immense grief, admitting that her life has changed drastically.

“I think about Liam every second of every day,” she shared. “It still doesn’t feel fully real for me that he’s not here. I’m trying to be the best I can be, but I feel like my life has changed so much.”
