Cardi B Tells Critics To “Apologize To Me Today” Ahead Of 2025
Cardi B is making a bold statement as the new year approaches, warning her detractors to make amends before it’s too late. On Sunday, November 24, the New York rapper took to social media, making it clear that she’s ready to leave no grudge unsettled as 2025 begins.

“I’m telling you right now, every person who played with me in 2024, y’all better apologize today. I mean it. Apologize today,” the “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker declared during an Instagram Live session. She didn’t hold back, adding, “As soon as 12 a.m. hits, I’m hitting the reset button, and I’m whipping everybody’s a** with a wet belt.”
The outspoken rapper continued to vent her frustrations, stating, “I’m sick of everybody.” While some critics pointed out that she has made similar declarations in the past, Cardi B explained why 2025 is different. Reflecting on her tumultuous 2024, she said, “I had everything planned out this year. I was working on my music videos, I got my surgery done, and then God was like, ‘Not so fast, bch! I’m sending you a f**king baby.’” This was a reference to the birth of her third child with husband Offset.

Although Cardi B avoided naming names, her fiery demeanor is familiar to fans who have witnessed her many public feuds. In May, the rapper sparred with BIA over her guest verse on “Wanna Be (Remix),” leading to a heated online exchange. By September, Cardi’s personal life made headlines again when she clashed with Offset, who accused her of infidelity while she was pregnant. Cardi fired back on Instagram Live, quipping, “It’s no fun when mama’s got the gun, right?”
Looking ahead to 2025, Cardi B seems ready to move forward. Fans are eagerly anticipating her long-delayed sophomore album, initially slated for release in late 2024. With her bold attitude and unfiltered persona, Cardi B continues to dominate both music and social media, keeping fans and critics alike on their toes.
