Katy Perry Turns Heads in Paris—But It’s What She’s Biting Into That Stole the Show!
Katy Perry dazzled in a chic mini dress as she indulged in a giant croissant during her visit to Paris, showcasing her glamorous style and playful side.
The 40-year-old pop sensation was in the City of Light for the Pièces Jaunes 2025 Gala at Paris La Défense Arena. The event brought together international artists, including John Legend, Aya Nakamura, and Burna Boy, to support the Hospitals Foundation.
After delivering a show-stopping performance at the gala, Katy took time to soak in the Parisian vibes. She couldn’t resist the city’s iconic pastry, cradling an enormous croissant like a baby before capturing a fun video of herself savoring the treat.
The singer looked stunning in a white and green halterneck mini dress with mesh cut-outs, highlighting her enviable figure. She paired the look with sleek black heels and styled her dark locks in a straight, polished look. Completing her ensemble, Katy opted for a glamorous makeup palette and added a touch of sparkle with silver and green statement earrings.

Playful as always, Katy captioned her photos: “France, I hope our paths croissant again very soon ♥ ️.”
The lighthearted croissant moment follows a more personal revelation from Katy. She recently shared the unexpected spot where she keeps the positive pregnancy test from when she found out she and fiancé Orlando Bloom were expecting their daughter, Daisy Dove.
In an interview with Capital FM, Katy admitted she keeps the test tucked away in a drawer alongside Orlando’s Legolas ears from his time in The Lord of the Rings films. “It’s probably next to Orlando’s Legolas ears. Just all the most important things,” she joked.
Reflecting on her journey to motherhood, she recalled facetiming Orlando with the big news while on a hike. “We had wished for her so much and set every intention. It was the best decision I’ve ever made,” she said.

Katy’s trip to Paris also brought back sweet memories of her recent visit to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Australia. Sharing a radiant selfie with Taylor, she expressed her admiration for the warm and welcoming Swiftie community.
“It’s like a community, an adorable, sweet community,” she said. “I got to see her, catch up, and I love her so much.”
The past year has been a whirlwind for Katy. She wrapped up her seven-year stint on American Idol in May, only to face a challenging reception for her highly anticipated album, 143. Despite debuting at number six on the Billboard charts, the album quickly fell off the top 200.
Critics, including Variety and NME, were harsh. Variety noted the album “strips away the remnants of the perky personality” that fans loved, while NME called the lead single, Woman’s World, “the most disastrous comeback single in recent memory.”

Katy addressed the controversy surrounding her collaboration with Dr. Luke, explaining that contractual obligations forced her hand. Despite the backlash, she remained resilient, releasing an extended version of the album, titled 1432, which included new tracks like I Woke Up, Has A Heart, and OK.
Her latest single, No More Tears For New Year’s, found international success, hitting number one on iTunes in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, and Jordan by the end of 2024.
